Boot Camp Workout in the Park
A 60-minute workout consisting of cardio drills and strength training outside in the fresh air. Need to bring one set of light weights (3 – 5lbs.), mat or large towel, small towel and water bottle. There will be a maximum of 12 people for this class and a minimum of 5 (If less than 5 people sign up, challenge will be cancelled). if you are interested register before it gets closed. Need to bring mat or large towel, small towel and water bottle. There will be a maximum of 12 people for this class and a minimum of 5 (If less than 5 people sign up, challenge will be cancelled). if you are interested register before it gets closed. A 45-minute workout consisting of cardio drills and strength training using your own body weight. Workout together with your family. Exercises will incorporate all members of the family mom and/or dad and kids. Need to bring Mat or large towel, small towel and water bottle per person. There will be a maximum of 8 families for this challenge and a minimum of 5 families (If less than 5 families sign up, workout will be cancelled). if you are interested register before it gets closed.
